Upon completion of this course, you will receive a Ayurveda Lifestyle & Nutrition Consultant Diploma Qualification. You can then use the following qualification after your name ‘AyurDip’

🟠 Is the course accredited?

The Ayurveda Lifestyle & Nutrition Consultant 1 year diploma has been accredited by the Complementary Medicines Association, which delivers complementary medicines excellence across the United Kingdom.

🟠 What is the price of this course?

The full price for this 1 year diploma for the academic year 2023/24 is £3,400. We are able to offer the following discounted fees when:

• Student registers before 31st May 2023: £2,850 (early-bird discount applied)

• A Scholarship has been approved

• Note: Course Fees for the academic year 2024/25 are subject to change.

🟠 What is the required attendance of the course?

Our course is designed to be flexible and accommodating to your schedule. This course is delivered online via live streamed sessions, which will also be recorded. There will also be a face to face weekend session held at our UK Leicester teaching site*, where the practical module will be delivered. This will also be live streamed for those who cannot attend physically.

You will be required to attend a minimum of 70% of the sessions, either online or in person.

*for 2023/2024 our diploma will be delivered 100% online

🟠 How is the student assessed?

Each student will be assessed by means of submission of a coursework based portfolio on case studies and learning. There will also be a written paper with multiple choice and case based questions.

🟠 Do you offer Scholarships?

We want to support students who may have financial constraints and allow them to learn with The School of Ayurveda UK. We are able to offer scholarship places with up to a 25% discount, for candidates who are able to showcase a commitment to Ayurveda.

🟠 What is your refund policy?

A refund may be granted in the event that you wish to withdraw from this course. This request must be made in writing to The School of Ayurveda UK.

A full refund of the deposit payment (minus £150 administration fee) will be granted if requested before the first live stream session in August.

The deposit payment (first instalment) is non refundable after delivery of the first live stream session in August.

If you have paid the course fees in full, a full refund (minus the non-refundable deposit payment) of the full course fee will be granted if you wish to withdraw before the second live stream session in September.
A 50% refund of the full course fee will be granted if you wish to withdraw before the third livestream session in October.

No refund will be applicable if requested after the third live stream session in October.

Any approved refunds will be issued within 40 working days.

🟠 What will I be qualified to do?

Students who complete the Ayurveda Lifestyle & Nutrition 1 Year Diploma will be able to advise on lifestyle and nutrition from an Ayurvedic perspective and treat health issues such as digestive health, skin health, women’s health, diet and weight management, and other common ailments. An important focus will be on preventative care.

Consultants will not be qualified to treat serious conditions and their ability to treat conditions will be determined by their competence and experience.

🟠 What time commitments will I need to make to complete this diploma?

The course duration is 9 months; live stream teaching will take place one weekend each month from August to May. Assessments will take place in May/June. You will be provided with all core materials and resources to facilitate your learning as well as direction for additional reading.

It is recommended that you spend up to 5 hours per week of study and reading in your own time.

🟠 What is the payment schedule for the diploma?

The payment schedule for the Ayurveda Lifestyle & Nutrition 1 Year Diploma 2023/24 is the following:

• 25% on registration (non-refundable after the course commences)

• 25% before 1st November 2023

• 25% before 1st February 2024

• 25% before 1st April 2024
