At The SOA Ayurveda Clinic, we provide direct consultations to help you heal from within. Our qualified BAMS Ayurveda Doctors and Ayurveda Consultants can assess and treat you in a holistic manner and provide you with a personalised Ayurveda Management Plan.

We believe in treating the client and not the symptoms. That’s why our approach to your health is a holistic one, that includes Ayurveda nutrition and lifestyle advice, as well as detailed consultations to ensure you are able to heal and be the most efficient version of you.

    All of our practitioners and clinicians are UK based and all Ayurvedic herbal recommendations can be delivered fast and efficiently.

    Our consultations are done virtually, meaning that you can speak to our Ayurveda Doctors from the comfort of your own home and at a time that suits you.

How our Consultations Work

1. Pre-Consultation Questionnaire

After booking your appointment, fill in an online medical history form, providing information of your present and past health history, lifestyle and food habits. Submit this at least 2 days in advance of your consultation so that our Ayurveda Doctors can provide you with the most accurate and personalised advice.

2. Your Ayurveda Consultation

The initial consultation will take place virtually via an online video call with one of our Ayurveda Doctors and an Ayurveda Nutritionist/Practitioner.

3. Personalised Ayurveda Management Plan

After your Ayurveda consultation, a personalised Ayurveda Management Plan will be provided to you within 3 working days of the consultation. This will include a diet plan, recipes and lifestyle (Dinacharya) plan for you to follow.

4. Your Herbs

Once you have received your personalised Ayurveda Management Plan, the team will assist you with purchasing the correct prescribed herbs which will be delivered to you within 3 – 5 working days. All herbs are sourced from approved suppliers. Please note: if you are based outside of the UK, delivery times may be a little longer.

Our Ayurveda Doctors believe that food is medicine - 80% of treatment is primarily through food recommendations. It is essential that you are ready to make changes to your diet for this treatment to work.

In addition to achieving your health goals, these consultations will aim to educate you where possible on how to live a healthy lifestyle that is rooted in ancient Ayurvedic priniciples.

You will learn what foods and routines work for your inidivual prakriti (natural state of body and mind). The focus of these consultations is to help you live a disease free life with Ayurveda, without having to rely on life-long medications and interventions.

Initial Ayurveda Consultation (60mins) £75.00
A full comprehensive consultation with one of our Ayurveda Doctors and Ayurveda Nutritionist/Practitioner with a personalised Ayurveda Management Plan provided.

Follow up Ayurveda Consultation (30mins) £50.00
Further consultation and check in with our Ayurveda Doctor or Ayurveda Nutritionist/Practitioner for progress on your Ayurveda Management Plan and updates or modifications.

Cancellation Policy

To allow us to provide the best Ayurveda services to our clients, we require a notice of 48 hours to cancel or re-schedule appointments. A cancellation fee of 50% may be applicable if adequate notice has not been provided. Please contact us if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointments, alternatively this can be done using the online booking form (or in your booking confirmation email)
