Health, it’s in your Hands.

Our Ayurvedic Massage Level 1 programme takes you on a life changing journey where you tune into your inner self to learn about the connection with your body and the environment.

This course focuses on the core concepts of Ayurveda massage by placing a great emphasis on practical healing using ancient Ayurvedic massage techniques that have been used for thousands of years.

The programme will also provide you with a basic understanding of Ayurveda including Doshas, Dhatus, Srotas, Agni, Ama and much more.

This course is designed to fit the busy schedule of individuals from varying professions and backgrounds.

The Ayurveda Massage Therapy Short Course allows you to practice as a qualified Ayurveda Massage Therapist.

The Ayurveda Massage Therapy Level 1 Diploma includes the teaching of several different Ayurvedic massage techniques incorporating oils, herb infused oils, herbal powders and poultices. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to perform Ayurvedic massage in a way that is customised to individual patients depending on their holistic needs.

Our course is unique in that we place a large focus the traditional oil massage ‘Abhyanga’ accompanied with Marma therapy.

Marma point therapy is an ancient healing practice based on Ayurvedic principles that dates back to over 5,000 years ago. It is based on gentle stimulation of the 108 subtle energy points in the body.  Marma therapy is believed to have been the foundation for the development of later therapies that focus on pressure points such as acupuncture and reflexology.

Teaching of the Ayurveda Massage Therapy diploma is delivered by world class Ayurveda doctors and lecturers with a specialism in Panchakarma, as well as Ayurveda therapy. Our face to face sessions offer an intensive hands on experience that will leave you feeling energised and fully equipped to perform Ayurveda massage.

Our Ayurveda Massage Therapy programme has been accredited by the prestigious Complimentary Medical Association, who deliver Excellence in Complementary Medicine in the UK.

Upon completion, students will be able use the ancient principles of Ayurveda massage to embark on a rewarding career in Ayurveda to help heal others.
