The Ayurveda Culinary Training Programme (ACTP) allows you to develop your skills in Ayurveda cooking and transform your relationship with food.
Delivered in an interactive and immersive manner, this course will take you on a journey to understand the principles of Ayurvedic cooking and use your expertise to advise others on how to meet specific nutrition goals.

Food and nutrition are vitally important in our health and wellbeing journey, as our body is ultimately made up of what we eat and digest. When we nurture this pillar we gain control over our health, and live a life full of energy and vitality that empowers us to reach our true potential.
In this hands-on Ayurveda cooking programme, we will guide you to align with the energy of nature and create nourishing meals using time-proven Ayurvedic principles. The 6-month programme we will explore how to create delicious seasonal meals using the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. The course does a deep dive into food combinations, methods of preparation, and the use of spices tailored for individual needs.
During the course, you will learn how to prepare a variety of meals via interactive live sessions; the course includes all learning resources including a comprehensive cooking manual with information on different ingredients, spices and kitchen appliances.
All students will also receive welcome packs as well as virtual recipe cards for breakfasts, soups, salads, main dishes, one-pot meals, snacks, desserts, and beverages.
The course provides you the opportunity to learn the foundational skills and concepts of Ayurvedic cooking and become confident in the kitchen behind the stove and serving meals. One of the key features of the course is that it offers practical ways to extend the application of the ancient wisdom of food with modern living beyond the boundaries of Indian dishes. It includes Italian, Mexican, Asian and many more cuisines.

Introduction to the core principles of Ayurveda including: Doshas, Agni (digestive fire), the 6 tastes, Sattva, Rajas and Tamas, Pranic food energy, etc.
How to prepare fresh Ayurvedic meals
Understand the principles of ‘Ritucharya’ in Ayurveda (seasonal regimes) and prepare meals to support the changing seasons
12 x online live stream day sessions to provide training and mentorship for Ayurvedic cooking (will also be recorded for later viewing)
