The Ayurveda Culinary Training Programme (ACTP) allows you to develop your skills in Ayurveda cooking and transform your relationship with food.

Delivered in an interactive and immersive manner, this course will take you on a journey to apply the principles of Ayurvedic cooking through a series of hands on workshops.

Understanding the principles of Ayurveda is meaningful but lasting change comes from living them. This course is designed to bridge the gap between knowledge and embodiment. Over the 6 months you will be guided through the practical application of Ahara (the Ayurvedic principles of nourishment) in everyday life.

You will learn how to eat in harmony with one’s unique constitution, support digestion, and align with natural seasons. Through simple, grounded, and experiential practices, you’ll begin to feel the effects of Ayurveda from within, increased energy, clarity, steadiness, and a deepened connection to yourself.

This is a practical journey into living Ayurveda, not just learning about it - you will have the confidence, tools, practical cooking skills, and intuitive understanding to nourish yourself and those around you in a way that is sustainable, joyful, and deeply supportive.
